Asset Cleanup and Image Optimization Feature

I want an asset cleanup/management feature that allows me to delete duplicate images and convert images to lower resolutions to optimize storage and manage assets more efficiently. Currently, I have to manage these manually, and a dedicated cleanup tool would be very helpful.
