Manual Asset Cleanup and Image Optimization Tool

I want a manual asset cleanup feature in the 'My Assets' section. Specifically, I need the ability to manually identify and delete duplicate images, and a way to change images to lower resolution or smaller file sizes to manage storage and optimize the site. It doesn't need to be automatic; just having the manual tools to do this would be very helpful.
